ACCOMMODATION TERMS
 

• By submitting a listing, the person submitting it confirms that they have the right to offer the accommodation described and that the listing text, price, availability, contact details and photos are accurate. They must update the listing if any of these details change.

• The accommodation must be suitable for use during the stated period: adequately heated, clean and safe. The listing must describe any conditions guests need to know about, including sleeping arrangements and any restrictions.

• Listings are published after review by the event organiser. The organiser may decline to publish or may remove a listing that does not meet these terms, is misleading or is unsuitable for winter use. This review does not mean that the organiser has inspected the accommodation or verified the information in the listing.

• The website displays information about available accommodation. Guests contact the provider using the details in the listing, and the two parties agree on the terms of the stay directly. The provider is responsible for their offer and for fulfilling any agreement made with a guest.

• By submitting a listing, the person submitting it gives the organiser permission to publish its text, photos, approximate location and listed contact details on the accommodation listings page. The listing text will be translated into other languages automatically.

• A link for editing the listing will be sent to the email address provided during submission. The person submitting the listing must keep the link secure and prevent others from accessing it. If the link is lost, they should contact the organiser to have it resent.

• The listing will appear under the event selected in the form. It will not be published automatically for future events.
